The Allen Community Senior Citizens Center is a place where seniors can feel at home and enjoy programs, activities and services that improved quality of life and enhances independence. Here they enjoy programs, activities and services that improve their quality of life and enhance their independence.

The list of available programs includes dance, fitness and exercise classes, informational travelogues reading clubs, art and needle craft classes and more! Activities include Happy Hour Socials, Holiday parties, and dances on weeknights, bridge, billiards, table tennis, chess, movies, day trips and overnight excursions.

Additionally, seniors can learn more about wealth and resource management take a computer class and learn about driver safety. Senior specific health information is available, including information about hearing deficiencies/hearing aids and memory improvement.

Case Management
ACSCC has a Caseworker on staff to address individual needs and issues of program participants.

Wellness
The Allen Community Senior Citizens Center wants seniors to be both happy and healthy! The Center offers a full range of wellness services such as medication counseling, preventive health care, dental and flu clinics, health fairs, health screenings, physical fitness classes (including aerobics, yoga, and tai chi), walking group, health and nutrition education and fall prevention resources.

Transportation
Allen Community Senior Citizens Center provides transportation services to program participants.  Service is provided at a nominal fee and is provided by a fully vetted and trained driver/caregiver. We provide services as follows.

Our trained driver will assist while boarding and exiting our bus and will provide supervision until you are safely within your destination. Our driver will also provide transportation daily transportation to and from ACSCC, at program participant’s request.
